The Forty Year Old Virgin

I'm watching this on TV right now.  Anybody else see this?  A lot about the titular character suggests he's aspie: loner, inability to connect, focused obssession (action figures).  Man what I'd give for that movie to happen to me.  Guy eventually hooks up with a great, pretty woman who is very upfront ("I think I'm falling for you." "I want to know everything about you.")  No head games or anything.  Just two people together.  But I wonder if there are any women out there that are like that?  Or am I (are we) all being sucked into some kind of fantasy concocted by Hollywood?    Although, I guess it's better to have fantasy than nothing at all.

I think it can work out like that. You just have to find the right person that wants it to happen they way you do. Hopefully you won't need to be 40 though

Saw it on free to air last night I enjoyed it really resonated with me when the boorish NT"s asked him if he was gay he said no I'm not I love women that's why I stay with  away from them,  ditto ++++

And the gag about him not having a car licence  and owning a Schwinn (Schwinn Armstrong) I   to own one , seriously  bike

Not counting the one night stand (that was a horrible mistake that I will NEVER do again, and the other one night stand for which we really didn't do anything - again a BAD MISTAKE - NO MORE ONE NIGHT STANDS!!!), I have three years to go, and then I will be a 40 year old virgin.  :-)
